Please be advised that results for the March 2019 National Assessment Collaboration (NAC) Examination I will be released in May 2019, rather than the usual April timeframe.
Why are the results being released in May?
The later results release timeline is linked to the launch of the new exam. Exam changes for the NAC Examination ensure alignment with the MCC’s Blueprint initiative (fall 2018). The May results release reflects the time and attention required to conduct and complete a full standard-setting exercise following the first administration of the new exam.
Candidates who are planning on taking the March 2019 NAC Examination should be aware of the timing for the release of their results. These candidates will be informed as soon as their results are released in May, through receipt of a physiciansapply.ca account message.
Of note – The March 2019 results will still be available well in advance of the start of application for the CaRMS 2020 R-1 Match.
